Saudi’s Master Works raises $40M in private equity fundraise by Merak Capital

Saudi Arabia-based Master Works, a pioneering data and digital transformation company has raised $40 million in a private equity financing round led by Merak Capital, an asset management company.

Master Works was founded by Hani Al-Lehaibi and Bandar Al-Amri, in 2010 with the goal to become the leaders of Digital Transformation. The company offers unique and exceptional qualifications in the field of Data Management, AI, Data Strategy, BIG Data, advanced Analytics, and API management implementations. 

The Riyadh-headquartered business has offices in Egypt, UAE, Jordan, and India.  The firm served more than 140 clients across government and private sectors in the Kingdom, with the support of more than 20 global technology providers. 

Within the past few years, Master Works has launched four product lines and services, expanded its customer base, along with boosting its relationships with local and global key players in the information technology sector.
